These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Drexel Studios LLC ("Drexel Studios", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the websites for the picture book Joshy-Boy and the Best Club You Never Want to Be a Part Of and its Spanish edition, Josuecito y el mejor club al que nadie quiere entrar, available at joshyboybook.com and josuecitolibro.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service shares information about the book, its author and illustrator, press materials, and resources for families, and lets you sign up for email updates. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

If you sign up for email updates, you agree to provide an email address you are entitled to use. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREXEL STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, and 9) survive.
